At Equitable Savings & Loan we work for you. We'll do what it takes to meet or exceed your expectations.
Equitable Savings & Loan Association has been locally owned and operated under the same ownership and same name since we first opened for business in Brush, Colorado on August 1, 1954. By the end of 1954, Equitable had grown to $542,000 in assets. Today, we manage more than $200 million in assets.
We later moved our home office to Sterling, Colorado and now have 10 full-service branches located in Akron, Brush, Burlington, Fort Collins, Fort Morgan, Julesburg, Limon, Sterling, Wray and Yuma.
Equitable was established to provide financing for buyers of residential real estate in northeastern Colorado. Although we make a large variety of loans today, including construction loans, our primary lending function is still in residential real estate. Decisions are made locally and loans are serviced locally.
In addition to our lending services, we offer a full array of banking services and products such as checking accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, statement savings and more. And we offer you the convenience of Online Banking and our Mobile Banking app.
