Equitable Savings and Loan Association was founded in 1954 in Brush, Colorado, and later moved its home office to Sterling, Colorado. Equitable was established to provide financing for buyers of residential real estate. Although, Equitable makes a large variety of loans today, its primary lending function is still in residential real estate.
Over the years full service branches have been established in the following Northeastern Colorado communities: Akron, Brush, Burlington, Fort Collins, Fort Morgan, Julesburg, Limon, Sterling, Wray and Yuma.
Locally owned and operated, Equitable Savings and Loan Association is committed to serving the financial needs of Northeastern Colorado. Decisions are made locally and deposit accounts and loans are serviced locally.
